This Onboarding Hub is designed to help you effectively and efficiently setup your new Hero account for a fast and easy setup experience!  Please review these resources and complete the following setup steps in order.  Your onboarding specialist is available by email and appointment to assist you where and when needed!  Let's get started, Hero! 

 

Steps of the Hero Onboarding Process

		Step 1 - Plan your program Utilize these resources as you meet with your team to ensure all plans and processes are in place before your Hero launch! Hero Ready Planning Toolkit Full Hero/Rise Planning Toolkit Incentives Playbook
		Step 2 - Learn how to setup your Hero account Watch our on-demand training videos to learn how to set up your Hero account.  Schedule time with your onboarding specialist as needed for assistance.   View Hero Account Setup Training Course
		Step 3 - Configure Your Hero Account Enable Features:  Turn on the modules you intend to use (Important!) Add behaviors and actions for tracking  Add a bell schedule and select active terms to add student data. Schedule time with your onboarding specialist as needed for assistance.
		Step 4 - Hardware Setup If you purchased hardware, please review the Hardware instructions to learn how to setup your equipment Access Hardware Instructions
		Step 5 - Add/upload users You can add users to your Hero account in 2 ways:  - Submit a support ticket for a faculty upload of users - Manually add your staff users to the system
		Step 6 - Train Your Staff Use these resources to train your staff to use Hero.  If you intend to wipe your practice data, make sure to inform your onboarding specialist of the date for this action to take place.   Access Training Materials & Best Practices SchoolMint University: Hero's On-Demand Training Portal
		Step 7 - GO LIVE!
