Add faculty to a .csv file, create a role in the Hero Setup Portal, and email the file to herosupport@schoolmint.com with a default password and role. Use the subject line “Faculty import for (YOUR SCHOOL NAME)”. Once confirmed, share training resources. If correctly submitted, accounts should be ready within a week. Submitting a faculty upload support ticket
Hero can provide a one time faculty upload of users for schools. This is available to all new Full Hero and Hero Rise customers with 20 or more staff, and can be requested once a year by a returning Hero school. To get your faculty upload into our support queue, follow these simple steps:

Add the faculty that will be using Hero to this template and Save the file as a .csv file *Each column is required and already on the spreadsheet in the order that is needed. Create the role you want your faculty users to have in your Hero Setup Portal

Approximately how long does this process take?
If properly submitted and all the steps above are followed, faculty accounts should be available within one week of submitting the request.
