Hero Reports at a Glance
Hero provides a variety of reports to help you monitor schoolwide and individual student data, and guide your decisions to improve behavior on campus. Users can access the Hero reports by selecting the pie graph icon in the left menu of the Hero Access Portal.
Here's an overview of the main Hero reports. Click on the links to learn more about each report.
Top Reports
Top 5 Behaviors
Trend data is extremely important to helping administrators set goals on campus. All rights users can interact with their top 5 Hero behavior data on the graph and show 1, 2, or all of the top 5 codes over a 12-month period of time!

The Daily Activity Report will show you all behaviors tracked within a given date range by all users. You can also search by behavior or user, and generate a bar graph to view schoolwide behavior trends. | ||
The Action/Compliance Report assists in student accountability. View a full list of all upcoming or past due actions, and comply with actions straight from the list. | ||

The Schoolwide Points Report will list all students and their total points earned, as well as available points. Use this report to identify students with the most and least Hero points. Need Incentive Ideas? Click here. |

The School Activity Report provides a quick overview of how your staff is using Hero. Use this report to identify top Hero staff users, and also those in need of additional coaching. Is staff usage low? Need training? Click here. |

The My Activity Report is meant for specific users to monitor their own Hero usage. Use this report to reflect on which students you have awarded the most and least Hero points. | ||
The Accrued Records Report allows you to identify students who meet threshold criteria for specific behaviors. Identify frequent flyers in need of interventions or students with 0 tardies! | ||
The Student Behavior History will allow you to view the full list of Hero behaviors for a specific student. Use this list to monitor student trends and prepare for parent conferences. |
