Your school's annual Hero subscription includes a complimentary End-of-Year Review with your Customer Success Manager. Here's what you can expect at your EOY Review:
- 30-Minute Zoom Meeting with your dedicated Customer Success Manager
- Receive a Hero presentation of data and graphs from this school year that you can share with the rest of your team
- Share Hero feedback and discuss goals for next school year
- Receive back-to-school resources to begin planning for a successful Hero Re-Launch
