Incident Manager Overview
Incident Manager in Hero by SchoolMint is a system to log referrals. Incident Manager serves as one location to track the different elements that are typically involved in a referral, including involved parties, infraction type, event date, and relevant referrals.
Note: Incident Manager cannot be setup up in the Setup Portal and must be initially configured by the Hero by SchoolMint team. Reach out to your Customer Experience contact for more information about this process. |
Locate Incident Manager
To locate Incident Manager, navigate to the Incident Manager tab on the left sidebar in the Access Portal.
