Bluetooth Pairing Zebra ZQ310 Plus with an iPhone (iOS 17.1 or later).

To connect a Zebra ZQ310 Plus to an iPhone running iOS 17.1 or later, follow these steps:

1. Install the Zebra Printer Setup Utility from the App Store.
2. Open the Utility and ensure the printer is visible under "Discovered Printers."
3. Click on "Bluetooth" and make the printer discoverable.
4. Apply and restart the printer.
5. Connect your iPhone to both printers using Bluetooth settings.
6. Open the Hero App and select "Printer Setup" and "Add New Printer".
7. Click on "PRINT TEST PASS" to print passes using the mobile app and Zebra ZQ310 Plus Pass Printer.

Here are the steps you can follow to properly connect it to your iPhone running iOS 17.1 or later:

  1. Install the Zebra Printer Setup Utility from the App Store (CLICK HERE).
  2. Go to Settings -> Bluetooth -> Make sure the printer is connected.
  3. Then, open the Zebra Printer Setup Utility.
  4. Click on the hamburger button on the top left corner of your screen:

  5. Make sure the printer is visible under Discovered Printers.
  6. Go back to the Zebra Printer Setup Utility main page and click on Connectivity Settings.
  7. Click on Bluetooth.
  8. Make the printer Discoverable using the switch next to this option.

  9. Then, click on the Next yellow button.
  10. Click again on the Next button (Do not change anything).
  11. Click on (Apply).
  12. Click on (Restart).
  13. Wait until the printer has been restarted.
  14. Go to the iPhone Settings -> Bluetooth -> Connect your iPhone with your mobile printer, and also connect your iPhone to the new printer under OTHER DEVICES (Both should be connected to the iPhone to proceed with step 14):

  15. Once you have connected your iPhone to both printers, you will need to open the Hero App.
  16. On the Hero Mobile App, go to Printer Setup -> Add New Printer -> Select the Printer -> Set Paper Size to 2".
  17. Click on PRINT TEST PASS.
  18. You can now print passes using the Hero mobile app and the Zebra ZQ310 Plus Pass Printer.
