Using Hero to Support Safety and Health Guidelines

		Contactless Processes Use the Hero mobile app or Bulk Mode to scan students in and out of locations throughout the building.

		Monitor Student Location Data Utilize Hero reports for documentation of students checking in on campus or other on-site locations throughout the day.

		Reinforce Safety & Health Guidelines Reward Hero points for students who are wearing masks, staying in their assigned areas, etc.

		Reinforce Safety & Health Guidelines Trigger consequences or interventions for students continually not following the safety and health guidelines on campus.

		Communicate with Students and Families Alert guardians when safety guidelines are not being followed. Send shout-outs to students and parents for following the safety guidelines.
