Teacher users can update their password at any time. To do this, follow these steps.
1. Log in to Hero Access at: https://access.heropowered.com/school/login
2. Hover over your name on the top right of the screen to display additional options. Select EDIT DETAILS.
3. Scroll down to Update Password. Type your Current Password, then your New Password, and Re-enter your New Password.
4. Once complete, click UPDATE PROFILE.
*Note that if you FORGOT your password, you can [Click Here] to get a new one sent to your email, or your administrator can reset it for you. Hero Technical Support will never change a user password over the phone, email, or chat. We will direct you to your school site Hero administrator or ALL RIGHTS user.
