Hero - Email Personalization Tips for Notification Center

Letters sent via Notification Center can be customized further with personalization.  Just remember, if you include placeholders that don't have data for the student, the placeholder will be blank in the final email.  We recommend you test personalization with sample students to make sure you are sending all the information you intend to.  

Here is the list of placeholders that you can currently use:  

School Information

• School Name: {{SCHOOL_NAME}}
• School Address: {{SCHOOL_ADDRESS}}
• School City: {{SCHOOL_CITY}}
• School State: {{SCHOOL_STATE}}
• School Zip Code: {{SCHOOL_ZIP}}
• School’s Phone Number: {{SCHOOL_PHONE}}
• The day of the week of the behavior entry: {{DATE_WEEKDAY}}
• The month of the behavior entry: {{DATE_MONTH}}
• The (number) date of the behavior entry: {{DATE_DAY}}
• The year of the behavior entry: {{DATE_YEAR}}

Student and Guardian Information
